Investment Philosophy

Our investment philosophy emphasises risk diversification through assets available via Marketplace Lending platforms.

With a long-term focus, our strategy is to capitalise on a constant stream of dividend payments by placing more emphasis on low-risk asset-backed securities, but still maintaining a small exposure to higher return assets for upside exposure.

Portfolio Algorithms

Integrity Capital plc aims to diversify its portfolio using carefully vetted Marketplace Lending sites. Our assets include: secured SME loans, asset-backed real estate and insured invoice finance. We have developed a strategic and agile portfolio allocation model to help us identify and deploy a balanced allocation in the various loan types to achieve the optimal risk-adjusted returns.
